Everyone agreed that our first day in San Salvador felt like the longest of our lives. We went from dropping our bags off and changing at the hotel, to jumping back in the van to go zip-lineing. Naomi was our photographer extraordinaire while we strapped on our harnesses and helmets. The view was outrageous and once I got the hang of braking, I was happy to pay more attention to it than to the fact that I was flying through the air, with nothing more than a couple carabiners keeping me from free falling.
